In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders for participation in the public tender (hereinafter referred to as the Tender) for the sale of 100% share in the Limited Liability Company Maritime Affairs Bar, owned by the Company Port of Bar AD Bar, and the award of concession for the period of 30 years, the Tender Commission hereby notifies the interested parties of the following amendments to the Public Invitation published on 21 October 2009 in Pobjeda daily and international press and on the website of the Privatisation Council of Montenegro (hereinafter referred to as the Public Invitation):The Confidentiality Statement must be delivered to the Commission and the Advisor, and the payment of the Fee for purchase of the Tender Documentation must be made into the account of the Privatisation Council no later than 29 March 2010.
